These terms govern your use of gcriders.com, the GC Riders app and participation in GC Riders Gran Canaria activities. By using the site, creating an account or attending a club event, you accept these terms.
1. The Club
GC Riders is a private riding community operated by [LEGAL NAME / COMPANY], Gran Canaria, Spain. Membership is personal, non-transferable, and may be declined or withdrawn where these terms or the spirit of the club are breached.
2. Membership and Black Membership
Free membership gives access to the community and public rides. Black Membership is a paid subscription (currently 3 EUR per month or 30 EUR per year) billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play under their respective terms. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled in your store account settings. Cancellation stops the next renewal; periods already paid are not refunded except where required by law. Prices may change with prior notice before your next renewal.
3. Riding With the Club
Participation in any ride, meet or event is voluntary and entirely at your own risk. You must hold a valid licence for your machine, carry the insurance required by Spanish law, keep your motorcycle roadworthy, and comply with all traffic regulations of the Dirección General de Tráfico at all times. Ride organisers are volunteers, not guides or instructors, and route information is shared for convenience only. You are always the sole person responsible for your riding decisions.
4. Community Conduct
We keep this club respectful. No harassment, no dangerous riding culture, no spam, no commercial promotion without our written agreement. Content you post (photos, ride reports, comments) remains yours; by posting you grant GC Riders a non-exclusive licence to display it within the club's site, app and social channels. We may remove content or accounts that break these rules.
5. Partners and Advertising
Partner offers and member discounts are provided by independent businesses. GC Riders is not a party to any purchase you make from a partner and is not responsible for their products or services.
6. Intellectual Property
The GC Riders name, logo, site design and route documentation are our property or licensed to us. You may not reproduce them commercially without written permission.
7. Liability
The site and app are provided as-is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, GC Riders is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site, the app, route information, or participation in club activities. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Spanish law.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by Spanish law. Disputes are subject to the courts of Las Palmas, without prejudice to consumer rights to their own jurisdiction.
